5/6/2010 We recently completed this project and it was one of our most challenging and rewarding projects ever ....
It was created a s a collaboration with long time clients and involved work by everyone in the shop. Will did all the turning, carving, joinery and finishing as well as some of the more detailed inlay work on the brass grass pieces. Sam did all the shaping and softening as well as the patina work on the steel copper and brass duck inlays. Trevor did the cnc programming and cut the walnut pieces with the inlay pockets, and Jim contributed to the inlay work and finishing. I did the duck drawings and coordinated the waterjet work ...
